• Cold Starters: Enjoy crispy spinach chaat with pomegranate, onion and Indian chutneys, alongside crab canapés with mayonnaise and fresh herbs.

• Soup: Savour a comforting mushroom soup.

• Warm Starters: Discover beetroot rolls filled with cheese and spinach, fisherman prawns with onion, tomato and fresh neem leaves, lamb sukha with crushed pepper, and mild chicken seekh kebab served with mint chutney.

• Main Course: Choose any two from succulent lamb shanks in rogan josh gravy, turkey Chettinadu with coconut and dry spices, or venison keema in a delicately spiced onion and tomato masala. Each is served with carefully chosen rice, vegetables, wedges or garlic naan.

• Dessert: Finish with mango phirni or a festive Christmas cake.
